Hi, I'm Tal.
I imagine a world where people are so inspired by what they learn that they feel compelled to pass it onto others. To help create that world, I wake up every day focused on making things better for others so that they can thrive and, in turn, make things better for others.
We work with teams doing just that. Every day we make things better for others and the ripple effect is tremendous: It impacts their teams, their customers, their communities and the world.
My former role as Partner and Chief Learning Officer at EY provided the opportunity to serve clients big and small, complex and simple, global and local. I was often sought after to design and lead transformation efforts, launch new programs and initiatives, and as an expert in motivation and behavior change.
My thought leadership has been featured at numerous conferences, symposiums and in newsletters and publications such as Harvard Business Review.
Known as a skilled teacher and storyteller, I work hard to enable people to quickly grasp complex subjects and think of practical applications.
